What's inside

Restart Revitalizer is an important source of ingredients
that are needed for your body to revitalize itself.

Vitamins are the cornerstones of our health. The human body cannot produce most of the vitamins alone, therefore, are an important part of our diet. The human body needs vitamins for existence, but it cannot synthesize vitamins itself and must therefore obtain it in the food. Vitamins act as catalysts of biochemical reactions. Participate in the metabolism of proteins, fats and sugars. There are 13 basic vitamins types and 10 are contained in the Restart Revitalizer.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
Needed for the production of collagen (protein necessary for healthy teeth, bones, gums, cartilage and skin), strengthens the immune system and helps to heal wounds and blood formation, is also essential for the function of neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine and serotonin. It is an important antioxidant in the body. It helps in the absorption of iron from food. Shortfall is reflected by fatigue, loss of appetite, joint pain, gingivitis, scaling skin, slow wound healing, increased susceptibility to infection. Severe shortfall can cause mental disorders and internal bleeding, leading to anemia.

Vitamin E (tocopherol)
It affects the production of red blood cells, participates in recovery and muscle growth and other tissues. It is important for the prevention of miscarriages, the effect on fertility and potency. It slows down the aging process of cells and tissues. It is therefore added to cosmetics. Has a diuretic effect which lowers blood pressure. Shortfall causes increased destruction of red blood cells, infertility, sterility, degeneration of the gonads, kidney inflammation, slow healing of the wounds and burns.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Necessary for obtaining energy from carbohydrates, fats and alcohols. Prevent from formation of toxic substances in the body that can damage the heart and nervous system. Shortfall reflects loss of appetite, confusion, swelling and tingling of limbs, loss of sensation, nerve disorders, muscle weakness, and enlargement of the heart.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
It helps in energy-yielding process and is essential for the function of vitamin B6 and niacin. Helps to maintain good condition of the skin and eyes, it is important for the proper absorption of carbohydrates, fats and amino acids. Light shortfall reflects in different ways: inflammation of the gums, tongue and burning sensation in the eyes. Heavy shortfall reflects by dry, cracked lips, the blood of layer eyes, dermatitis, mild anemia.

Vitamin B3 (niacin)
Necessary for energy production in cells, is important for heart, nerve and muscle activity. Contributes to maintain healthy skin and good functioning of digestive system. Shortfall reflects as fatigue, depression, pigmented skin rash (especially after sunlight), dermatitis, anemia, diarrhea and in advanced cases dementia.

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Helps in energy-yielding process, is essential for the synthesis of cholesterol, fat and red blood cells. Shortfall is rare, because it is widely contained in food. Greater doses are served in the case of skin disorders to accelerate healing process.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Helps to release energy from proteins, it is important for immune function of the body, for nervous system and red blood cells creation. Shortfall, which is quite rare with healthy people, shows up as anemia, movement disorders, tingling in limbs, inflammation of the mouth, depression and confusion.

Vitamin B7 (biotin)
Biotin is an important component of many enzymes, substances necessary for digestion and metabolism, positively affects the hair structure. It also participates in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Shortfall is usually due to the use of antibiotics. Normal diet has not proven a clear lack, but may be caused by regular consumption of raw egg whites or use of antibiotics. The symptoms include dermatitis, hair loss, fatigue, anorexia, anemia, high cholesterol and blood sugar.

Vitamin B9 (folic acid)
Essential for cell division and the formation of DNA, RNA, red blood cells and body protein, necessary for  the functioning of the nervous system. It is particularly important before conception and during pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects. Shortfall leads to anemia, intestinal damage leading to bad absorption of nutrients and movement disorders, causes tingling in limbs.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
Vital for the creation of DNA, RNA and myelin. Essential for cell division, transport of folic acid and its derivatives into the cells. Shorfall reflects as fatigue, anemia, tingling in limbs and impaired sense of smell. Lack can cause also degenerative changes in the nervous system.
